About the Role

Acumentis is seeking a detail‑driven professional to manage workflow, support valuers, and deliver exceptional service to clients and internal teams. You’ll be the local point of contact for scheduling, communication, and job allocation—helping ensure smooth operations and outstanding client outcomes.

Based on the Gold Coast, this role provides booking and administrative support for our valuers. You'll work closely with valuation teams across the region to coordinate appointments and manage workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
•
Schedule valuation appointments by phone, speaking directly with access providers, tenants, agents, and clients.

•
Manage inbound booking enquiries and allocate jobs efficiently.

•
Coordinate valuer schedules to meet client turnaround times and service expectations.

•
Communicate updates on access issues, delays, and required documents.

•
Maintain accurate records in valuation systems

•
Work collaboratively with valuers, directors and the broader administration team to ensure smooth scheduling and workflow management.

Skills and Experiences:

Experience in an administrative or coordination role; call centre, finance, real estate or property valuation experience highly regarded.
