About the Role

Mad Mex Warriewood is looking for a dedicated Grill Cook to join our team on a casual basis. As the fire behind the flavour, you will lead the grill station with passion, cooking up fresh and delicious Mexican dishes to our exacting standards. This is a high-energy role perfect for someone who takes pride in perfecting every dish and ensuring our guests keep coming back for more.

Responsibilities

Lead the grill station with passion and flair to deliver bold, flavour-packed meals.
Prepare and cook fresh Mexican dishes following our secret recipes and quality standards.
Ensure each meal is crafted with care and consistency.
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a grill cook or kitchen role is highly regarded.
A genuine passion for cooking and high-quality food preparation.
High energy and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced QSR environment.
Strong commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
Availability to work casual shifts at our Warriewood location.
