Our Pakenham branch is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Territory Manager to join our team. Working with farmers, contractors, and agricultural businesses, you'll build long-term customer relationships while representing a premium portfolio of equipment solutions across your territory.

About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing customer relationships while driving equipment sales across your assigned territory.

Representing a diverse portfolio of premium agricultural equipment, including John Deere, Kramer, Kuhn, Goldacres, Goweil, Bogballe, and Auscut, you will work closely with farmers, contractors, and rural businesses to identify opportunities and deliver equipment solutions that support their success.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and growing an assigned sales territory
Building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Promoting and selling Brandt's range of agricultural equipment and solutions
Conducting customer visits, equipment demonstrations, and follow-up activities
Identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term customer partnerships
Achieving sales targets and market share objectives
Maintaining accurate customer and territory information
Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends
Supporting customer events, field days, demonstrations, and industry functions
Working collaboratively with Parts, Service, and Branch teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

What You'll Bring

Previous sales experience, preferably within agriculture, equipment, construction, automotive, or a related industry
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A proactive approach to business development and customer engagement
Ability to work independently and effectively manage a territory
Strong organisational and time management skills
A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering results
An interest in agricultural equipment and machinery
A valid driver's licence
