Morning Shift Forklift Driver - IMMEDIATE START

Casual to Full Time Employment (ongoing full hours)

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Forklift Operators to join our team operations based in Dandenong South and nearby areas. This is a hands-on role involving forklift operation, material handling, and production activities. The role is suited to individuals who are comfortable working in a busy logistics environment and are looking for long-term employment opportunities..

Key Responsibilities

Operate a forklift to move raw materials, containers, and finished goods safely across the site.
Load, unload, and transfer plastic materials used in recycling and production operations.
Support daily recycling and production activities in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with manual handling tasks where required.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to support safe operations.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and site protocols.

Essential Requirements

Valid LF Forklift Licence with previous forklift driving experience.
Valid Victorian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, recycling, or warehouse environments preferred.
Comfortable performing manual handling and physical work.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused with a strong work ethic.
Motivated for long-term employment and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Full Australian working rights.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Participate in site safety inductions and training.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
Report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues immediately.
