About the Role
We are seeking reliable and motivated Forklift Operators to join our team operations based in Dandenong South and nearby areas. This is a hands-on role involving forklift operation, material handling, and production activities. The role is suited to individuals who are comfortable working in a busy logistics environment and are looking for long-term employment opportunities..
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to move raw materials, containers, and finished goods safely across the site.
- Load, unload, and transfer plastic materials used in recycling and production operations.
- Support daily recycling and production activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with manual handling tasks where required.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to support safe operations.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and site protocols.
Essential Requirements
- Valid LF Forklift Licence with previous forklift driving experience.
- Valid Victorian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, recycling, or warehouse environments preferred.
- Comfortable performing manual handling and physical work.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused with a strong work ethic.
- Motivated for long-term employment and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Full Australian working rights.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Participate in site safety inductions and training.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
- Report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues immediately.
