Huon Regional Care is a not-for-profit long-established provider of quality community and aged care services across Southern Tasmania, and we are looking to appoint an experienced Level 3 Registered Nurse Clinical Care Manager for our Residential Aged Care facility situated on the beautiful Tasman Peninsula.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and focused Level 1 Registered Nurse to work across our facility.

Skills and experience
We would anticipate the successful candidate would:
- Hold a current and valid registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Experience and knowledge of aged care and rural health services.
- Knowledge of contemporary practice and its application.
- Demonstrates passion about clinical management.
- Knowledge of the legal requirements, relevant policies and procedures of the practice setting.
- Demonstrated clinical competence.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills including conflict resolution.
- Problem solving and decision making skills.
