Job Description
Join Noosa Private Hospital as a casual Administration Officer!
The role requires someone who can remain calm, organised and resilient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
You will also bring the following:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of staff—both
clinical and administrative—as well as a diverse group of patients -
Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is not essential but highly desirable

Strong problem-solving skills

Exceptional customer service abilities

Strong organisational and time-management skills

High level of attention to detail

Strong computer literacy - the ability to navigate multiple IT systems quickly and accurately

Ability to work autonomously

Ability to work at short notice

Experience with hospital patient administration systems or private practice software (desirable)

Understanding of private health insurance and patient billing (desirable)
