About the Role
Noosa Clinic is seeking a dual-skilled Dermal Therapist / Receptionist to join our doctor-led practice in Noosaville. In this hybrid role, you will deliver clinical dermal treatments while managing front-desk reception duties when treatments are not scheduled.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Dermal Treatments: Perform IPL skin rejuvenation, vascular, and pigmentation therapies using our Lumenis Stellar M22 platform.
- Chemical Peels & Consultations: Administer targeted superficial-to-medium chemical peels and conduct skin assessments.
- Reception & Administration: Greet patients, answer incoming calls, manage appointment scheduling, and process billing/POS transactions.
- Infection Control: Maintain high standards of clinical hygiene and device sanitation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Qualification: Advanced Diploma of Dermal Science, Bachelor of Dermal Science, or Diploma of Beauty Therapy (with specialized laser/IPL credentials).
- Certifications:
- Accredited Laser & IPL Safety Officer (LSO) Certificate.
- Experience: Demonstrated practical experience operating IPL devices and applying chemical peels.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong customer service focus, and proficiency with clinic booking software.
