Full Job Description

Casual Position Available for Kitchen Hand in busy Commercial Kitchen based in Currumbin Waters

Must be available to work at least 2 days per week (approx 20 hours) throughout Monday - Thursday. Early starts from 5am required.

Your duties will include (but are not limited to)

Kitchen Production, including operating a commercial cold-pressed juicer (training provided)
Manually pouring juice into bottles
Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen (food safety training provided)
Assisting other staff members where needed
Washing dishes
Preparing cleanse packs and packaging materials and other tasks as required

The successful applicant will have a happy and positive personality, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a great team. You will be taking direction from the Kitchen Supervisor, working closely alongside other staff members. Full training is provided, but prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.

The work is very physical and includes heavy lifting (20kg bags), therefore a level of strong physical fitness is a must. You must have your own transport, be extremely reliable and punctual with time.

Hours will vary according to demand. Shifts will be between the hours of 5am-3pm (exact start and finish times will vary) so full availability during these times is required.
