Bar Bruto is a Spanish-leaning neighbourhood tapas and wine bar in Casuarina — a European feel out front, and a small kitchen turning out share plates people come back for.
We're looking for a full-time KP that can jump in and help the cookline. This is a tight team of two running the kitchen, so you'll have a real hand in the day-to-day. If you want to be part of building something — not just clock in and follow a prep sheet — this is the job.
The role
- Full time, Wednesday to Sunday. Thursday to Sunday Nights included, Wednesday day only.
- Work directly with Juan across prep and service
- Own your section
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and running tight
You'll suit this if you
- Have experience in a busy commercial kitchen
- Care about teamwork and high standards
- Stay calm under pressure and work well in a small, close team
- Like the rush of a good service
To advantage
- Have working in food prep before — a big plus, though the drive matters most, not the previous experience
