Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to oversee the smooth operations of our multiple office locations for one of our Client Based in Perth. This role will be responsible for front desk reception duties and providing administration support, also some marketing activities. Part of the Marketing Team, this position offers the successful candidate a secure and permanent position.

What you'll do:

Greeting all clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Attending to inquiries over the phone and in-person in a timely manner
Ensuring the smooth operation of the entire office, including liaising with internal staff
Ensuring our front office is always well presented.
General Administrative tasks
Prepare and file documents in accordance with requirements
Ensure all stationery ordering system and ensure stock levels are maintained
Provide administration support to other team members
Assistance during shows and promotions & events
Assist with client testimonials & vlog recordings
General data entry across all the businesses

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills:

Experience in a similar role
Reception and telephone skills & manners
A passion to provide good customer service
Effective interpersonal skills, with a team mindset
Be highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Possess a valid driver's license and be capable of driving.
