The Team & Role
As an Outpatients Administration Clerk , you will play a key role in delivering a professional, welcoming and informative experience for patients and visitors accessing Outpatient Services. Supporting the day-to-day operation of outpatient clinics, you will provide high-quality administrative and reception services, including appointment booking, referral management, data entry and responding to enquiries. Working closely with clinical and administrative teams, you will help ensure efficient clinic operations while maintaining strict confidentiality, compliance with organisational policies, and a strong focus on exceptional customer service.

Skills & Experience Required
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of common software applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with effective, clear and courteous communication, reception and customer service skills.
Demonstrated competency in medical terminology (desirable)
Previous experience in an administrative or reception role (healthcare experience preferred) (desirable)
