Full Job Description

We are looking for a new Operations Coordinator who will report directly to our Operations Manager and ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

Maintain and review documented processes and procedures for the Operations Department.
Ensure all new staff members complete training and competencies
Work with Branch Managers to create and monitor training plans
Prepare and distribute operational and performance reports
Implement and support new strategies to improve warehouse processes, locations and product handling
Prepare agendas and meeting minutes for Operations department meetings
Identify bottlenecks, issues, or risks in operational flow and propose solutions
Interstate travel to other Taipan Branches
Ensure compliance throughout the department.

To be successful, you'll need some or all of the following:

Be coachable and take pride in our work
Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
Experience in compliance or maintaining processes and procedures
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel
