We are looking for a new Operations Coordinator who will report directly to our Operations Manager and ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

Maintain and review documented processes and procedures for the Operations Department.
- Ensure all new staff members complete training and competencies
- Work with Branch Managers to create and monitor training plans
- Prepare and distribute operational and performance reports
- Implement and support new strategies to improve warehouse processes, locations and product handling
- Prepare agendas and meeting minutes for Operations department meetings
- Identify bottlenecks, issues, or risks in operational flow and propose solutions
- Interstate travel to other Taipan Branches
- Ensure compliance throughout the department.
To be successful, you'll need some or all of the following:

Be coachable and take pride in our work
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Experience in compliance or maintaining processes and procedures
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel
