Full Job Description

Administration & Customer Service – Graphics Department

Extreme Marquees is looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Administration & Customer Service team member to join our Brendale office.

This is a varied office-based role involving general administration, customer service, sales support and coordinating customer artwork. You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team in a busy, fast-paced environment.

ABOUT THE JOB

The role will include:

General administration and office duties.
Answering and directing phone calls.
Communicating with customers via phone, email and in-person.
Providing customers with prices and quotations.
Making follow-up calls to existing customers.
Assisting and supporting our sales team.
Data entry and updating customer and order information.
Learning the basics of other roles to assist and fill in as required.
Coordinating customer artwork and graphics requirements.
Liaising with customers regarding their artwork, changes and approvals.
Communicating with our graphic design team to coordinate customer artwork.
Following up artwork approvals and helping keep orders progressing on time.

THE IDEAL PERSON

The ideal person will:

Be organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Have great attention to detail.
Be friendly, confident and professional when communicating with customers.
Be confident on the phone.
Be able to learn new computer systems and processes quickly.
Be comfortable managing multiple tasks and following things up.
Work well both within a team and independently.
Have a happy, positive and proactive attitude.
Previous administration or customer service experience would be beneficial.
No previous graphics experience is required.

HOURS

8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
