The Role

As a Closing Team Member, you'll play a key role in ensuring both our customers and our restaurant finish the day on a high note. You'll provide excellent customer service right through to closing time while completing a thorough end-of-day clean and reset, ensuring the restaurant is immaculate and ready for the next day's trade.

For us, these responsibilities are equally important—every customer deserves outstanding service, and every close should leave the restaurant spotless.

What You'll Need

A strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Great attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Reliability and punctuality for late-night shifts.
The ability to multitask while maintaining quality and consistency.

Availability

Successful applicants should expect to work 2–3 closing shifts per week.

Closing shifts typically finish:

11:30 pm on Sunday to Wednesday
12:45 am on Thursday to Saturday
