The Role
As a Closing Team Member, you'll play a key role in ensuring both our customers and our restaurant finish the day on a high note. You'll provide excellent customer service right through to closing time while completing a thorough end-of-day clean and reset, ensuring the restaurant is immaculate and ready for the next day's trade.
For us, these responsibilities are equally important—every customer deserves outstanding service, and every close should leave the restaurant spotless.

Availability
Successful applicants should expect to work 2–3 closing shifts per week.
Closing shifts typically finish:
- 11:30 pm on Sunday to Wednesday
- 12:45 am on Thursday to Saturday
