Permanent Part-Time | 25 Hours Per Week

With pay rates of up to $35.44 per hour plus Super, above-award wages, childcare discounts, and a supportive team environment, this part-time opportunity (25 hours per week) offers the perfect balance of meaningful work and work-life flexibility.

About the role

As the Centre Cook at Goodstart Sinnamon Park, you'll be responsible for preparing healthy, nutritious meals and snacks that support children's wellbeing and development.

Working closely with the Centre Director and Educators, you'll help create positive mealtime experiences while ensuring all food is prepared safely and in accordance with dietary requirements and food safety guidelines.

In this role, you'll:

✨ Prepare healthy and nutritious meals for children each day

✨ Cater for allergies, cultural needs, and special dietary requirements

✨ Plan menus and order food supplies in consultation with the Centre Director

✨ Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness

✨ Create positive mealtime experiences that encourage healthy eating habits

✨ Work a consistent part-time roster of 25 hours per week

✨ Contribute to a welcoming and supportive centre community
