Dentist – Modern Practice | Caroline Springs VIC

Location: Caroline Springs, VIC
Employment Type: Contractor (Part-time)
Remuneration: 40% of billings (less lab costs) + GST

We’re a well-established, patient-focused dental clinic in the heart of Caroline Springs. Our team is known for high-quality care, a friendly work environment, and a modern set-up featuring a CBCT/OPG machine, digital X-rays, intraoral scanners, Invisalign and laser technology. We support our clinicians with well-trained staff and strong marketing to keep your books full.

The Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, patient-centred Dentist (Contractor) to join our team. You’ll enjoy clinical autonomy with access to the latest technology and a supportive environment to grow your skills.

Key responsibilities:

Provide general and/or specialised dental care to our diverse patient base
Deliver excellent patient communication and treatment planning
Maintain high clinical standards and accurate records
Work collaboratively with our experienced support team

What We Offer

About You

Current AHPRA registration (General Dentist)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient care and continuous learning
Experience in implants/ortho highly regarded but not essential
