We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a passionate and experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join Kids Academy Darra and lead a dedicated team of educators in delivering exceptional early education and care.

About the Role

As Assistant Centre Manager, you will:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance, quality, and financial performance.
Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of educators and teachers.
Build strong relationships with families and the local community to support enrolments and occupancy growth.
Drive continuous improvement in line with the National Quality Standards.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and excellence.
Champion a safe, inclusive and child-focused environment.

About You

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
Proven experience in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role within early childhood education.
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
Strong understanding of compliance, child safety and the National Quality Framework.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build relationships and achieve business objectives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
