As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Coorparoo – Park Street, you'll work alongside our Centre Director to support the day-to-day operations of the centre while helping to build a positive, high-performing team culture.
You'll use your leadership experience and passion for early learning to mentor educators, support quality practice, strengthen family relationships, and drive continuous improvement across the centre.
In this role, you'll:
✨ Support the Centre Director in leading a team that delivers high-quality early learning and care
✨ Mentor and build capability within the centre team
✨ Lead centre operations in the Centre Director's absence
✨ Champion and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
✨ Build strong relationships with families and the local community
✨ Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of centre operations
