Redcliffe Leagues Club (Dolphins) is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our exceptional team.

With a range of food outlets, including Koopa Cafe, On T he Green, Bistro forty20, 8 function rooms, Dolphins NRL catering and a 10,000-seat KAYO Stadium, supported by over 50,000 Dolphin members, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and thriving environment. Key Responsibilities will include:

Contribute to the kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation and occasional menu input.
Assist the Executive Chef, Head Chef and Chef de Partie with all culinary requiremnents, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Maintain consistent food standards and cleaning/hygiene routines.
Mise en place, cooking and plating for catering functions.
Assist the wider catering team in maintaining catering techniques and procedures, food safety regulations and workplace health and safety.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in the operation of a professional kitchen operation in a Club environment
Certificate IV in commercial cookery
Proven experience as a qualified Cook or Chef
Extensive knowledge of general and specialised food preparation techniques and procedures.
Sound knowledge of the latest cooking trends and techniques.
Sound knowledge of stock management procedures.
