We’re seeking a reliable and detail‑focused Admin Assistant to join our team. This role suits someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, maintaining an organised workspace, and providing friendly, efficient support across daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Cash handling — Accurately process payments, reconcile takings, and follow established procedures.

Excel tasks — Create and update spreadsheets, track data, and maintain accurate records.

Attention to detail — Ensure accuracy across documentation, data entry, and reporting.Workspace organisation — Keep the admin area tidy, structured, and efficient.

Requirements

Proven cash handling experience

Excel proficiency preferred

Strong attention to detail

Ability to maintain an organised and professional workspace

Flexible availability, including:

School‑hour shifts on weekdays

Weekend availability is essential

We’re Looking For Someone who is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. If you enjoy supporting a team, staying organised, and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you

Pay: $34.00 – $35.00 per hour
