Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? The City of Rockingham is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide confidential executive and administrative support to the Director Asset Services and leadership team.
In this pivotal role, you will manage executive correspondence, diaries, meetings and records; prepare agendas, reports and minutes; coordinate follow-up actions and special projects; liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders; and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the efficient operation of the Asset Services Directorate.

- High level of IT skills in the use of systems (especially computers and telecommunications) for storing, retrieving, sending information efficiently and ability to trouble-shoot technical problems
- Sound knowledge of office administration procedures
- Sound numeracy skills for an understanding of budgets
- Substantial experience in an administrative or clerical position to senior officers
- Extensive experience in a customer service delivery role
We are offering a gross salary of between $86,797 - $92,879 per annum (depended on skill and experience), and:
- 12% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to a further 5%
