Full Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing detailed architectural and construction drawings for residential homes
Developing concept, design development, and working drawings
Amending and updating plans as required throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinating with consultants, engineers, and local authorities
Ensuring designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
Maintaining accurate project documentation and drawing records

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience as a Draftsperson or CAD Technician
Advanced proficiency in CAD software and DWG file management
Strong understanding of residential construction and building design principles
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
