Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing detailed architectural and construction drawings for residential homes
- Developing concept, design development, and working drawings
- Amending and updating plans as required throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinating with consultants, engineers, and local authorities
- Ensuring designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and drawing records
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Draftsperson or CAD Technician
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software and DWG file management
- Strong understanding of residential construction and building design principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
