- Salary $32.90 - $34.80 per hour + 25% casual loading - WHD3
- Casual contracts until April 2027 - multiple casual contracts available

As a Direct Care Worker working on a casual basis, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the comfort, well-being, and dignity of those in our care.
Duties may include:
- Supporting personal care, hygiene, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
- Assisting with glasses, hearing aids, and self-administration of medication
- Helping with routine treatments and special needs
- Distributing clean laundry and attire, and maintaining equipment and personal items
- Providing transportation for clients
About you:
- Ability to work effectively within teams and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with people from diverse backgrounds
- Competence in general tasks under supervision while maintaining confidentiality
- Willingness to support elderly, frail, or disabled individuals; on-the-job training provided
