Full Job Description

Step into TB Aesthetics, the beauty arm of TANNING BARE, where innovation meets artistry. We’re looking for a passionate Brow & Lash Artist who lives and breathes all things beauty — someone with an eye for detail, a love for transformation, and a commitment to creating a flawless client experience.

Position Start Date: August, 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for delivering our signature TB Aesthetics services, including:

Brow Sculpting, Hybrid Dye & Tinting
Brow Lamination
Lash Lifts
Lash Extensions & Removals
Facial Waxing
Restocking Tanning Disposables
Cleaning of studio and upkeep
Stocktake
Content creation / Social Media
Building genuine client connections and ensuring every guest leaves glowing and confident
Administration

Who You Are

You’re a confident beauty professional who:

Has a Cert III or IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent experience)
MUST HAVE at least 1–2 years’ experience in ALL SERVICES LISTED
Must be able to perform all services and treatments listed above
Thrives in a clean, aesthetic, and professional studio environment
Is detail-driven, reliable, and loves delivering results that speak for themselves
Has strong client communication and time management skills
Takes pride in their work and maintains high hygiene and professional standards
