Step into TB Aesthetics, the beauty arm of TANNING BARE, where innovation meets artistry. We’re looking for a passionate Brow & Lash Artist who lives and breathes all things beauty — someone with an eye for detail, a love for transformation, and a commitment to creating a flawless client experience.
Position Start Date: August, 2026.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for delivering our signature TB Aesthetics services, including:
- Brow Sculpting, Hybrid Dye & Tinting
- Brow Lamination
- Lash Lifts
- Lash Extensions & Removals
- Facial Waxing
- Restocking Tanning Disposables
- Cleaning of studio and upkeep
- Stocktake
- Content creation / Social Media
- Building genuine client connections and ensuring every guest leaves glowing and confident
- Administration
Who You Are
You’re a confident beauty professional who:
- Has a Cert III or IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent experience)
- MUST HAVE at least 1–2 years’ experience in ALL SERVICES LISTED
- Must be able to perform all services and treatments listed above
- Thrives in a clean, aesthetic, and professional studio environment
- Is detail-driven, reliable, and loves delivering results that speak for themselves
- Has strong client communication and time management skills
- Takes pride in their work and maintains high hygiene and professional standards
