About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, well‑presented, and highly organised Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support our team and be the welcoming face of our office.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting clients
Answering calls and managing messages
Booking and scheduling appointments
Maintaining tidy reception and meeting rooms
Filing, scanning, archiving
Handling mail and couriers
EFTPOS payments and banking assistance
Photocopying, collating, binding, shredding
Managing stationery supplies
Supporting accountants and Office Manager

What We’re Looking For

Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Bright, positive, friendly personality
Professional presentation
Strong time‑management & organisational skills
Ability to relate well to clients and team members
High level of integrity and confidentiality

Skills & Experience (Preferred)

Experience in reception or admin
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience with Xero/XPM/CAS360 (advantage)
Experience in an accounting practice (bonus)

Remuneration
Remuneration will be based on experience.
