Christmas is our busiest, most exciting and rewarding time of the year, and we're looking for enthusiastic people to join our team as Christmas Casual Sales Assistants.
This is a fixed-term opportunity through to 17th January 2027, offering flexible shifts throughout the festive season.

At Prouds, we don't just recruit for Christmas; we recruit for the future.
Every year, many of our Christmas Casual Team Members secure ongoing Casual, Part Time and Full Time positions. In fact, many of our Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and Permanent Sales Assistants first joined Prouds as Christmas Casuals.

No jewellery or retail experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude, enjoy working with people and are eager to learn, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

Adults (21 years and older) earn a base weekday hourly rate (including casual loading) of $34.89, plus applicable penalty rates for weekends and late nights.

What you'll be doing

As part of our Christmas team, you'll:

Help customers find the perfect jewellery or watch while delivering exceptional, personalised customer service.
Build confidence, retail skills and product knowledge through on-the-job training and eLearning.
Maintain beautiful product displays, replenish stock and ensure the store is presented to the highest standard.
Work alongside an experienced team during the busiest and most exciting retail season of the year.

We're looking for people who:

Love working with people and providing exceptional customer service.
Are friendly, confident, reliable and eager to learn.
Enjoy achieving sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
Take pride in creating beautifully presented stores.
Can work flexible shifts, including weekends, late nights, public holidays, Boxing Day and throughout the Christmas and New Year trading period.
