Recruitment experience, ideally within an internal recruitment or public sector environment

The ability to navigate ambiguity and remain flexible as we respond to organisational growth and evolving public sector recruitment requirements

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment

High attention to detail and confidence working across recruitment systems, spreadsheets and data

A proactive approach with the initiative to see tasks through to completion
