We have multiple HR/IR opportunities available across a range of experience levels, from Advisor through to Senior Advisor, supporting our resources projects, with roles available both on-site on a 2/1 roster and at our Henderson corporate office. These roles offer the chance to work closely with experienced leaders and project teams, gain hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle, and continue to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Reporting to the HR/IR Manager, you will partner closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Payroll and Recruitment to establish and manage the industrial and employment framework for each project, while also providing hands‑on ER/IR support throughout delivery.
