Full Job Description

Physio Physique is looking for an enthusiastic receptionist to engage with clients to ensure their visit is exceptional.

Position overview:

This position is available for 28 hours per week at our modern, purpose built multiple disciplinary health clinic located at 600 Port Road Allenby Gardens, South Australia.

Your role will focus on providing excellent reception service for our wonderful clients and assist our therapists to deliver the best outcomes.

Permanent position
28 hours per week

REQUIRED HOURS (ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE):

Tues: 8.30am - 7.30pm
Wed: 8.30am - 7.30pm
Thurs: 2.30pm - 7.30pm
Alternating Sat/Sun: 9.00am - 2.00pm

*Shift swaps may be required from time to time

The successful applicant will be employed in a role that sees you engaging with clients and ensuring their visit is first class.

You will be responsible for being present at the reception desk, assisting our therapists, assisting with our sports recovery services, keeping the clinic clean and tidy, and also opening / closing the clinic (depending on your hours).

You will also be responsible for demonstrating our values and culture on a daily basis with clients and other team members, working closely with the team to ensure a happy, cohesive work environment.

Duties include:

Client experience (e.g. welcoming clients to the clinic, preparing beverages)
Managing appointments
Phone calls (inbound/outbound)
Managing faxes
Liaising with and supporting our therapists
Processing payments
Database management to ensure clients information is correct
Assist sports recovery clients (e.g. Normatec recovery boots)
Assisting with marketing efforts (e.g. social media, digital assets, photography)
Stock and product control
General housekeeping (cleaning, washing towels, vacuuming, dusting)
Maintaining our clinic's lovely plants

PREREQUISITES

Outgoing and bubbly personality
Shows initiative and problem solving ability
Ability to multi-task
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Can work autonomously
Ability to touch type
Highly proficient computer skills
Great time management
