Temporary Administration Support – Property & Housing
Uniting | Unanderra
6–8-week temporary assignment | Monday–Friday, 38 hours per week| Possibility of extension
$33–$35 per hour + casual loading | Immediate start
Uniting is looking for a capable and organised Administration Support Officer to join our Property & Housing team in Unanderra on a short-term basis.
This is a practical, hands-on role providing day-to-day administrative support to our local Asset Management team and helping keep things running smoothly while the team manages its usual property and maintenance activities.

You’ll assist with:

General administration and data entry
Coordinating and following up maintenance requests
Updating records, contractor information and property documentation
Supporting work orders and maintenance activities
Filing and document management
Using systems including Microsoft Office, SharePoint and property/maintenance systems
Providing general administrative support to the wider team as needed

About you
We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy environment. You’ll have good computer skills, attention to detail and the confidence to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
Previous experience in property, facilities, maintenance or a similar environment would be helpful, but we’re primarily looking for someone with strong administration skills and a can-do approach.
You’ll be supported by an experienced team, so if you’re someone who enjoys keeping things organised, helping others and getting on with the job, we’d love to hear from you.
Please note: This is a short-term assignment of approximately 6–8 weeks, with an immediate start preferred.
