Temporary Administration Support – Property & Housing
Uniting | Unanderra
6–8-week temporary assignment | Monday–Friday, 38 hours per week| Possibility of extension
$33–$35 per hour + casual loading | Immediate start
Uniting is looking for a capable and organised Administration Support Officer to join our Property & Housing team in Unanderra on a short-term basis.
This is a practical, hands-on role providing day-to-day administrative support to our local Asset Management team and helping keep things running smoothly while the team manages its usual property and maintenance activities.
You’ll assist with:
- General administration and data entry
- Coordinating and following up maintenance requests
- Updating records, contractor information and property documentation
- Supporting work orders and maintenance activities
- Filing and document management
- Using systems including Microsoft Office, SharePoint and property/maintenance systems
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team as needed
About you
We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy environment. You’ll have good computer skills, attention to detail and the confidence to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
Previous experience in property, facilities, maintenance or a similar environment would be helpful, but we’re primarily looking for someone with strong administration skills and a can-do approach.
