Commis Chef – Urban Alley Brewery, Docklands

Location: Docklands, VIC
Job Type: Part-Time

Urban Alley Brewery is looking for a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for great food, and want to grow your culinary career, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Prepare ingredients and ensure kitchen stations are clean and organized.
Support senior chefs during busy service periods.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or currently studying) is an advantage.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
