The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Production All Rounder Operator looking for a new challenge? We're seeking talented operators to join our tight-knit mining crews across our iron ore and lithium operations in the Goldfields and Pilbara. This is your chance to work with a company that values safety, rewards performance, and genuinely cares about its people. On a 2/1 roster, you'll have consistent home time to recharge and spend quality time with loved ones.

What is required?

A proven commitment to safety in every aspect of your work.
A current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence.
Solid experience operating dozers (D10 and/or D11), graders (16M or larger), and excavators (1900 or larger) in production mining environments—proficiency with additional machinery highly regarded.
A valid National Police Clearance (within the last 12 months), or willingness to obtain one.
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
Unrestricted Australian work rights.
