Join a leading player in the civil construction industry working on Civil projects valued from $5m to $20m in the Toowoomba region. We take pride in building sustainable communities through great relationships and our commitment to excellence. As we continue to grow we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team.

You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works.

Key responsibilities will be:

Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance.
Accountable for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.
Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance.
Manage and maintain client relationships.
Responsible for the coordination and performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment
Coaching, mentoring and training of relevant staff and addressing and resolving any performance issues.
