The Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support NDIS participants . This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care, continence management, and person-centred support in a community setting.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will:

Conduct nursing assessments and develop tailored care plans
Provide intermittent catheterisation and continence care in line with best practice
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
Monitor participant health and respond to changes promptly
Provide education and guidance to clients, families, and support staff
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred care
Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, progress, and outcomes
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and Beyond Health Services policies

About You

Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration
Experience supporting clients with complex health needs, including continence management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, client-focused, and able to work independently
Reliable transport and current driver’s licence

NDIS Compliance
To ensure NDIS compliance, you will need:

NDIS Worker Screening Check
Completion of NDIS Modules
Valid Police Check
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
