What you’ll do:

As our Executive Reward Advisor you will play a critical role in shaping, delivering, and governing our executive and director reward frameworks. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders, using data insights and AI to support remuneration strategies that are competitive, fair, and market-driven.

Lead Equity & Share Plan Administration, overseeing end-to-end annual equity cycles, including award offers, documentation, monthly transactions, and vesting executions.
Conduct executive reward benchmarking and job sizing to support remuneration recommendations for senior management
Support senior stakeholders by providing analysis and guidance on remuneration policies, programs, and practices.
Support annual remuneration review cycle, build analytical models for reward initiatives, and manage exception cases
Contribute to the preparation of Board and People Committee papers;
Conduct market trend analysis, support the development of total reward recommendations, and ensure compliance with ASX listing rules, legal frameworks, and Board reporting requirements.
Leverage AI tools and advanced reporting automation to streamline manual processes and continually enhance operational delivery.
Partner seamlessly with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Cosec, Investor Relations and external share plan administrators to ensure integrated reward operations.

What you’ll bring:

Demonstrated experience in corporate remuneration and share plan administration, alongside good understanding of reward frameworks including STI/LTI mechanics
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, and exposure to HRIS platforms like SuccessFactors.
Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to translate complex, technical data into compelling, simple stories for senior leaders.
Familiarity or strong interest in leveraging automated reporting tools and generative AI applications to optimise workflows.
A degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline is highly regarded
