Part-time 0.6 (currently delivered over four part‑time days (Wed - Sat) and continuing
HEW 5 $86,744 - $97,290 + 17% Superannuation

As an Officer, Maintenance, you will:

Independently identify, prioritise and resolve maintenance issues across residences.
Conduct inspections and ensure all work meets WHS, standards and compliance requirements.
Deliver timely, customer‑focused service and clear communication with all stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of works, incidents, assets and service histories.
Support team capability, share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.

To be successful, you’ll have:

Hold relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in building or technical maintenance.
Demonstrate strong technical aptitude, problem‑solving skills and sound independent decision‑making.
Bring extensive building maintenance experience with solid construction and compliance knowledge.
Communicate clearly under pressure, collaborate well and manage workload effectively during autonomous shifts.
Commit to safety, continuous improvement and meet special requirements including after‑hours work, WWCC and warden training.
