Due to the continued growth of the business, we are now seeking an energetic Education/Student Counsellor to join our Melbourne & Adelaide Branch.

Roles

Guiding international students in their admission support in universities, TAFE and Colleges.
Educate the international students about various study options & benefits, fees, intake and scholarships.
Assist clients in understanding our services and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and achieving high client satisfaction levels.
To complete administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Proactively convert inquiries into sales to ensure higher conversion rates, and meet and exceed set targets.
Keeping with up-to-date knowledge of university courses, entry requirements, scholarships, etc.
Making sure to get the application outcome from the education provider on time by doing regular follow up.
Giving marketing insight to the marketing team and supporting the marketing team to produce error-free content.

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Supplementary Pay: Performance bonus
