An opening is now available for a talented Graduate Accountant to join Autopact Victoria in our Epping Head Office. With proven experience in a similar role, we are looking for someone who can maintain accurate data and assist the Financial Controller with all general items.

Responsibilities will include:

Assist with monthly reporting including month-end procedures, adjustment journals, and reconciliations.
Assisting with reconciling monthly manufacturing accounts and payments.
Assisting the Financial Controller on a day-to-day basis.
Supporting Dealership managers.
Daily Floorplan payments and reconciliations.
Assisting in customer and staff refunds and finance payouts.

Skills and experience required:

A recent Accounting tertiary qualification or related is essential.
Proficient Excel skills are essential.
Experience with Pentana ERA computer system will be an advantage, but not essential.
General administration knowledge with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and phone manners.
Enthusiastic team player
Ability to multitask and prioritise urgent tasks.
Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
