Full Job Description

Le Sansa is an Australian women’s footwear brand focused on combining style, comfort and thoughtful design. We’re a small, hands-on e-commerce team and are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join us on-site in Silverwater and take ownership of the day-to-day customer experience.

This is not a call-centre role. You’ll sit directly with our e-commerce and operations team, giving you access to the people, products and information you need to solve customer problems quickly and properly.

What you'll be doing

Manage customer enquiries across email, Gorgias and other customer service channels
Respond to questions about sizing, fit, products, orders, shipping, exchanges and returns
Ensure every customer enquiry is followed through and nothing is missed
Manage and follow up open customer service tickets
Assist customers with returns, exchanges, refunds and store credits
Work within Shopify to review orders and customer information
Liaise directly with our warehouse and e-commerce team to resolve order issues
Provide thoughtful product and fit advice to customers
Escalate unusual or sensitive customer issues when required
Identify recurring customer issues and communicate feedback to the wider team
Help improve our customer service processes, templates and workflows

We're looking for someone who

Has excellent attention to detail and notices when something has been missed or needs following up
Is highly organised and reliable
Takes ownership of problems instead of letting them sit unresolved
Has excellent written English and can communicate warmly and clearly
Is comfortable managing a busy inbox and prioritising urgent enquiries
Can keep track of multiple customer issues without losing important details
Is confident learning new software and systems
Enjoys helping customers and finding practical solutions
Can work independently while being comfortable sitting within a small team
Is available to work on-site in Silverwater

Experience with e-commerce, Shopify or Gorgias is highly regarded, but we’re also open to someone with strong customer service experience who is willing to learn.
