Full Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our SMSF team in Dubbo. This is a part-time (3 days per week) office based, 12-month max-term contract position providing the opportunity to develop and grow with a leading provider of Accounting and Financial Services.

Your role, your contribution!

Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages
Attend to ASIC requirements, along with new entity establishments
Processing of orders for legal documents associated with SMSFs
Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service
