12‑month fixed‑term opportunity with strong potential to extend
Part‑time flexibility (0.6 FTE) – enjoy a 3‑day working week
Unique dual-location role, based across Bunbury Town Office and Bunbury Port

About the role

Bunge is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to deliver high-quality administrative, financial and operational support across both Bunbury Town Office and Bunbury Port sites.

This role acts as a central coordination point between site operations, logistics, finance, HR and external stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient day-to-day office management, maintaining compliance and supporting smooth business operations.

The successful applicant will enjoy working in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift in line with operational needs.

Duties include but are not limited to

Provide high-quality administrative support to leadership and site teams
Manage correspondence, mail, courier services and key communications
Maintain office facilities, equipment and workspace standards
Coordinate travel, meetings, events and site logistics
Procure office supplies, PPE, uniforms and operational materials
Support data entry, grain inventory administration and discrepancy investigation
Process invoices and assist with finance, audit and record management activities
Maintain compliance documentation, support safety initiatives, and assist with recruitment and onboarding

About you

Demonstrated experience in an administration role within an operational, logistics or industrial environment
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Experience with business systems (e.g. SAP or similar) desirable
Qualification in Business Administration or similar (desirable)
Current and valid C class driver’s license
