Quest Bunbury now has an exciting opportunity available for a General Receptionist to join its team on a Full-Time basis.
The Role
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic General Receptionist. This is a vital role, responsible for managing day-to-day reception duties, coordinating communication across departments, and supporting administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Answer, direct, and transfer incoming telephone calls to departments such as reservations, accounts, maintenance, and housekeeping
Provide clear and professional responses to client inquiries regarding invoices, orders, and services.
Record and manage deliveries, marketing event bookings, housekeeping inventory, and accounts receivable
Receive and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, faxes, and deliveries
Perform general clerical support, including data entry, filing, mail dispatch, photocopying, and word processing
Support the reservation team if needed
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role (hospitality or multi-departmental experience a plus)
Excellent verbal communication and telephone manner
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally
Confident with Microsoft Office Suite, email, and phone systems
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
