The Administration Assistant (Higher Education) is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support to the Higher Education (HE) team and a diverse cohort of domestic and international students.
Based in our Perth office, this fast-paced role requires professionalism, initiative, and excellent communication skills to manage inquiries, maintain records, and ensure the smooth operation of student services and academic processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and be committed to providing an exceptional student experience in compliance with institutional policies and sector regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Enrolment & Records Management
Respond to student enquiries related to enrolments, unit selection, fees, study progress, and academic calendars within 48 hours.
Academic Administration
Assist with the preparation and processing of examination materials, including invigilation, exam packs, attendance sheets, and IRIS invigilation reviews.
Finance & Payment Coordination
Reception & General Campus Support
Communication & HE Support
Administrative Support & File Management
Provide general admin support to the Higher Education team including data entry, scanning, and document filing (e.g., marked assessments).
Process Improvement & Compliance
Professional Development
