Medical Receptionist - Fresher/Junior- Casual - Robina

We are seeking a Fresher/Junior Medical Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills for a busy GP Clinic in Robina, which includes 5 Doctors, 1 Nurse, and onsite pathology.

This position is well-suited for candidates with strong communication skills who are looking to begin or build their career as a Medical Receptionist.

This position is ideal for:

School Leavers
Gap Year Students
TAFE or University Graduates
Candidates seeking their first office or healthcare administration role
Anyone looking to build a long-term career in healthcare

Duties include, but not limited to:

Welcoming patients with a warm smile and outstanding customer service
Assisting with incoming and outgoing phone calls
Managing and scheduling patient appointments and data entry
Providing administrative support to the clinical team as required
Maintain cleanliness of clinic and treatment rooms
Providing GP assistance where required within scope of receptionist role.

Mandatory Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and a confident, courteous phone manner.
Compassionate and caring in nature
Able to work from 7 AM - 2PM
A willingness to learn and display initiative
Time management, Ability to multi-task and prioritise
Neat and professional presentation
Basic Computer Skills (We will train you to use of Medical Directory software)
